1. Workout and Diet
Everybody has a very busy schedule these days. And they don’t have time to maintain their body. So this quarantine brought a good time to look after your fitness by doing workout and maintaining the diet.
What to do?

- Get enough sleep
- Do workout daily
- Avoid junk food
2. Help in House Chores
During lockdown, we know that all peoples have to completely stay at home. So every person’s responsibility is on the working hands of the house which are only the women. To reduce there such a load we can help them in some of the house chores. In such a way you will also know what the work they have to do every day and how hard it is to maintain the house. And also they will get the helping hands in there work. In these world of social media, every celebrity is posting the videos in which they are also helping their family now you can understand that doing such work is very useful.

3. Bring out your Hobbies
Having a hobby is a great to relieve stress, a creative outlet and a way to dig out yourself. In this fast world, all are running behind earning money and the only thing that left behind is there skills and area of interest. Due to these, people forget about there hobbies and this quartine you have a good chance to bring it out. If you followed your hobby and started to work on it, then you can develop a creative mind too.

6. Checkout on your old friends
As we all are moving forward in our lives we don’t get time to talk to our old friends. In this Quarantine, we have a lot of time to communicate with all of them. So take time from your routine and try to make a contact which will affect your social relationships. In this way, you can have healthy relations and effective communication. Talking to old friends makes you realize how much your life has changed.
7. Personality Development
Our personality is a very important ingredient in our life to express ourselves. We all possess some personality traits that set us apart from rest. We can develop our personality through Becoming a better Listener, Expanding CVs, Know your Positives, Develop leadership skills, Increase Communication, Have a role model, Recognize weak points and work on it, etc.
